What is your approach on talent acquisition?We value diversity, innovation, passion and creativity at Square Enix. Talent acquisition is very much a two-way process: matching talent with business needs. We want you to feel inspired and pumped by the prospect of shared success - and we keep the process flowing with regular communication.

What happens after I apply?Your resume and cover letter will be reviewed by our HR team and hiring manager. If your experience and skills are relevant to the role, you will be invited to interview. Our interview process typically has 3 stages: 1) An introductory phone screen to exchange preliminary information, concerning your background and our company. 2) The initial interview to understand your experience and skills. This will be with the hiring manager and may be by phone or Zoom. 3) Follow-up interviews for a deeper dive into your experience and how this is relevant to the job. We’ll ask questions to see if you’re a good fit for the role and team. This is also a chance for you to meet some of your colleagues and the Department Head. You may also be asked to complete a skills assessment, to evaluate your capabilities. We appreciate that this will take some time, but hope you see it as a valuable opportunity to let us get to know each other better.

What happens after the interview?We do our best to provide you with feedback within 48 - 72 hours, but this could take a little longer, depending on the number of interviewees, the interviewers' schedules, and other considerations that could cause delays. No matter what, our Talent Acquisition Partner is with you every step of the way, ready to answer any follow-up questions.
