Update: The new store is now live!

Hey folks!

The store is currently undergoing maintenance and will return new and improved soon. When it does, as before, you will still be able to login using your Facebook or Square Enix account details. However – if you have placed a pre-order with us, you may need to update your order. Please read on!

If you placed your pre-order using credit/debit card then no further action is needed, and the order will be transferred automatically.

If you placed your pre-order using PayPal, unfortunately we can’t transfer these orders automatically. If you’re affected, you will receive an email from us (so please look out for it, check your spam filters, etc) with full instructions – but it will involve following a link to the new store to update your order.

If this happens, the original order’s payment will not be taken – it’s just that it’s not possible to transfer PayPal approvals between different merchants (ie, our old store and our new store). You will still be able to use PayPal at this point, or switch to a credit or debit card as you prefer.

Apart from the payment, all other details of the order will be transferred from the old store to the new one with no other action required.

And that’s about it – as with anything like this, we may have a couple of issues to iron out, so when the new store launches please do send us feedback or bug notifications for anything you spot, and your patience while we sort those out is, as always appreciated!
