FOAMSTARS Season 3: Mysterious Swing - everything you need to know
What’s coming in FOAMSTARS Season 3? Discover the new character, events, and timings here!The Groovy Disco may be drawing to a close, but the FOAMSTARS party’s not over yet! Season 3 - MYSTERIOUS SWING begins on Friday, April 12, 2024 and it’s bringing a whole load of new fun with it.
So, what can you expect from the upcoming season?
New character: Chloe Noir
First up, a new FOAMSTAR joins the contest - Chloe Noir.
This mysterious art gallery director seeks beauty in battle. She’s equipped with a charge rifle that shoots straight foam shots with impressive precision. In the right hands, she can be deadly in the arena. She can also hunt down her rivals with her bubble beastier Ciel, conjure wings to take to the skies and much more!
She’s an effective FOAMSTAR with a very unique feel - hopefully you’ll really enjoy using her! You can unlock Chloe through play by progressing the free Season Pass to Tier 31. Alternatively, purchasing the Premium Pass will unlock her for use immediately.
But while Chloe’s a real gem, she’s not the only one coming to the game…
Skill Gems
Skill Gems are a new addition that add even more customization to the game. You can use these gems to strengthen your FOAMSTARS’ standard and Superstar skills - the effects differ depending on the character.
You can make Skill Gems by using Energy Stones that you acquire while competing in matches. In addition, the new feature means that the existing three bubble slots will now be categorized as Star Gems.
What limited time events are included in Season 3?
As with previous seasons, you’ll be able to take part in special events and match types. Here’s what to expect:
Ranked Party
In Ranked Party, you use RP (Rank Points) to compete in special matches. Your performance in these events will help you climb the ranks, from Bronze Star all the way up to Party Legend.
Here are the Ranked Party events coming to the game in Season 3:
Ranked Party Tribe-Vibe
Teams of up to four members battle for dominance across multiple game modes.

- PDT: 6pm, April 12, 2024 - 6pm, April 19, 2024
- BST: 2am, April 13, 2024 - 2am, April 20, 2024
- CEST: 3am April 13, 2024 - 3am April 20, 2024
Ranked Party Lonestar
A competitive mode for solo players. Take on the opposition in frantic and foamy face-offs!
Available:
- PDT: 6pm, April 19, 2024 - 6pm, May 16, 2024
- BST: 2am, April 20, 2024 - 2am, May 17, 2024
- CEST: 3am April 20, 2024 - 3am May 17, 2024
New rules for Extreme Party
This is where things get really crazy! Season 3 has two types of Extreme Parties, each taking place twice throughout the season, in 4 hour bursts with 2 hour rest periods in between.

All Chloe Party
As the name implies, this party is all Chloe, all of the time! Get to grips with the newest FOAMSTAR in elegant contests of skill and strategy.

- BST: 2am, April 13, 2024 – 12am, April 15, 2024
- CEST: 3am, April 13, 2024 – 1am, April 15, 2024
Round 2 available:

- BST: 2am, April 27, 2024 – 12am, April 29, 2024
- CEST: 3am, April 27, 2024 – 1am, April 29, 2024
Bubbly Penguin Party
All players take command of Penny Gwyn but - what a twist! - only your Skills and Superstar Skill can be used. It’s survival of the fittest - will you be able to adapt?

- BST: 2am, April 20, 2024 – 12am, April 22, 2024
- CEST: 3am, April 20, 2024 – 1am, April 22, 2024
