FOAMSTARS Season 2 brings with it new events, new rewards, and a brand-new FOAMSTAR: Coiff Guy! Read on and we’ll introduce this self-proclaimed Legendary Pro Wrestling Champion, reveal the events in the new Season and the times you can play them.
But first a reminder: FOAMSTARS is currently available as a PlayStation Plus Monthly game - so if you’re a PS Plus subscriber, be sure to add it to your game library before March 4 to get it at no additional cost.
Who’s joining the party in Season 2?
Introducing Coiff Guy!
This super-energetic wrestler is the most excitable person in Bath Vegas, always ready to join a party. He signed up for FOAMSMASH claiming to be a wrestling legend - and to be fair, his fighting style is a glorious sight to behold.
Coiff Guy uses the power and physical techniques acquired through pro wrestling to control the battlefield and dominate his opponents. He offers another unique playstyle and is a ton of fun to take into the fray!
Coiff Guy will be unlocked by earning XP through completing online matches, Missions and Challenges to progress to tier 31 of the Season Pass or if you purchase the Premium Pass he will be available to play immediately.
New Missions available
Additional Missions will be added to FOAMSTAR Mission mode, with the mysterious Dark Ramzey appearing as the boss battle in Mission 6. Can ewe take him down?
When does Season 2 begin?
Season 2 starts on March 8, 2024, in North America and March 9, 2024, in the UK and Europe (the difference is due to time zones).

- GMT: 1am, March 9, 2024
- CET: 2am, March 9, 2024
The season ends:
- PDT: 6pm, April 12, 2024
- BST: 2am, April 13, 2024
- CEST: 3am, April 13, 2024
What limited-time events are included in Season 2?
There’s a lot coming to the game in Season 2, including new Ranked Party events and new ways to play in Extreme Party! Here’s what to expect - and when:
Ranked Party
In Ranked Party, you use RP (Rank Points) to compete in special matches. Your performance in these events will help you climb the ranks, from Bronze Star all the way up to Party Legend.

Ranked Party Tribe-Vibe
Teams of up to four members can team up for dominance across multiple game modes. Do you work together like a well-oiled machine, or is all that foam just gunking up the works?

Ranked Party Lonestar
A competitive mode for solo players. Take on the opposition in fun, fast-paced and foamy matches!

New rules for Extreme Party
Season 2 brings a change to the Extreme Party events for you to join. These have now been increased to 4 hour bursts with only 2 hour rest periods in between for even more frenetic fun. Here’s what to expect:
All Coiff Guy Party
It’s all Coiff Guy all the time! Teams battle to be the first to defeat opposing players 10 times… but there’s a twist. You’re all playing as the same character - the charming and effective Coiff Guy.

Super Duel Party
Things get close up and personal in this fast-paced 1v1 battle. Two opponents go head-to-head in the arena - the first to defeat their rival 5 times takes the win!

Happy FriYAY Party
Get ready for more parties to celebrate the weekend, with no winners or losers - just awesome people out to have a good time. These have now been increased to 6 hour bursts with only 2 hour rest periods in between, and expanded so that each event happens twice per season
In this season’s Happy FriYAY Party, you’ll be able to play as the next FOAMSTAR who’ll join the roster in Season 3 – Chloe Noir!
Part 1 of the event runs during the below bursts:
- PST: 7pm, March 8, 2024 - 5pm, March 9, 2024
- GMT: 3am, March 9, 2024 - 1am, March 10, 2024
- CET: 4am, March 10, 2024 - 2am, March 10, 2024
And it will become available again for Part 2 of the event as below:
