The European FINAL FANTASY XIV Data Centre is live!

European adventurers, rejoice! The ever-growing world of FINAL FANTASY XIV, with over 5 million registered players worldwide, now has Eorzea expanding deeper into Europe than ever before.

As of today, the European data centre is officially open and the servers are ready to host your adventures!

I haven’t played in a while – can I come back?

Yes! If you’ve taken a break from adventuring then you can easily reactivate your account on the Mog Station and have a look at the sprawling European server communities or say “hi!” to old friends. 

I haven’t played before. Can I try the game? Can I play on the new data centre?

If you’ve never tried FFXIV before, now is the perfect time to grab our free trial and play for free for 14 days! To play on new data centre, just choose any of the worlds on the Chaos data centre (the recommended Worlds for European players) when creating your character.

I’m an existing subscriber! Does anything change for me?

If you’re an existing adventurer who is already playing on any of the Chaos data centre Worlds (the recommended worlds for European players) then simply log in and you’ll already be on the new data centre! 

We’re excited to introduce the new data centre to our adventurers all over Europe and hope this will provide you all with an even better, unforgettable experience.
