In Dragon Quest Builders you will step into the realm of Alefgard. The world is in ruins thanks to the evil Dragonlord and as the Legendary Builder, it’s up to you to rebuild the world! However, before stepping into Alefgard, you’ll have to customise your character by choosing your name, gender and characteristics. Then it’s time to right the Dragonlords wrongs by building and customising a variety of rooms for the charming local residents. Be warned though, as the Dragonlord himself will send monsters to attack your village, so be prepared to fight and defend it from these nasty foes.
Dragon Quest Builders has already been getting really positive reviews from critics and we’re sure you’ll love it too. If you want to try it out before buying it, we released a free playable demo a little while back for both PS4 and PS Vita which you should definitely try out! Dragon Quest Builders is a game that you should really play yourself to fully see and understand everything the game has to offer and we’re certain you’ll enjoy rebuilding Alefgard.
Dragon Quest Builders features a free-build mode called “Terra Incognita” where you can build and share your own unique creations online using a simple 9 character password (just like the saved games in the original Dragon Quest!) and we’d love to see all the amazing things you build in there! You can share and download any creation on either PS4 or PS Vita. This means if you made something awesome on the go on your PS Vita, your friends can download your creation into their game on their PS4 and vice versa. You’ll have to complete the main story mode in order to unlock all the tools and blocks in Terra Incognita mode and the story itself is incredibly charming and captivating, with plenty of unique characters to meet along the way which we know you’ll fall in love with.
