KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarising the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the "Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules ("Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the "Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico;
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories);
• Germany;
• France (excluding Overseas France).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 17 March 2023 at 17:00 PM (GMT) and 27 March 2023 at 17:00 PM (BST) (the "Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Follow the @SquareEnix account on Twitter and retweet the competition entry post

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select three (3) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries using Gleam.io

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):

• Square Enix Store Exclusive Tarot Card Set otherwise only available in Japan as part of the Tactics Ogre: Reborn Collector’s edition, with an approximate retail value of £43.99 GBP / $49.99 USD / €49.99 EUR.

• This three-piece set includes a deck of tarot cards symbolising the game, a storage pouch, and a mat

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 27 March 2023 via Direct message via social media.

• Direct messages must be open in order to receive the prize(s)
