OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarising the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

• For legal residents of any Promotion Jurisdiction located in Europe, Africa, Asia, or Oceania (including Australia): https://square-enix-games.com/en_GB/documents/promotion-additional-rules.

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico;
• Canada (excluding Quebec);
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories);
• Germany; and
• France (excluding Overseas France).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between July 27, 2023 at 10:00 PM BST and August 7, 2023 at 12:59 AM BST (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Visit the Promotion page at https://gleam.io/iYdd6/octopath-traveler-champions-of-the-continent-1st-anniversary-commemorative-giveaway (the "Promotion Gleam.io Page”) and follow the Required Actions plus any optional Extra Actions (the "Entry Methods”) through the Promotion Gleam.io Page. The Entry Methods are as follows:
• Required actions ("Required Actions”):
  • Download OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent is available to download for free).
• Extra actions ("Extra Actions”):
  • Follow the Twitter account @octopath_cotc. You must have a Twitter account (accounts are available for free).
  • Visit the official Facebook account for OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent. You must have a Facebook account (accounts are available for free).
  • During the Entry Period, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall post a Tweet thread at the @octopath_cotc Twitter account referencing the Promotion (the "Promotion Tweet”). In the Promotion Tweet, Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall announce the entry window for Entry Method actions related to the Promotion Tweet ("Promotion Tweet Entry Window”). The following actions will each count as a separate Entry Method (each is also an Extra Action):
    • “Like” the Promotion Tweet.
    • Retweet the Promotion Tweet.
      • Multiple re-tweets in a single day will be disqualified.
    • Post a Tweet using the action and instructions provided on the Promotion Gleam.io Page.

Note: recent changes at Twitter may impact Sponsor’s or Sponsor’s designee’s ability to catalog all Extra Actions taken utilizing that platform.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select nine (9) winners through a random drawing from among all entries of which it is aware.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following prize(s):

One (1) grand prize winner shall receive:

• One (1) iPad Pro with 11-inch display and 128GB (approximate retail value of $799.99 USD / £899.00 GBP / €1,079.00 EUR);

OR

• One (1) Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 with 11-inch display and 256GB (approximate retail value of $779.99 USD / £799.00 GBP / €979.00 EUR)

Note: the grand prize winner may be required to provide a tax form (IRS 1099 or equivalent) to receive their prize.

Eight (8) runner-up winners shall each receive:

• One (1) set of three (3) OCTOPATH TRAVELER: CHAMPIONS OF THE CONTINENT Acrylic Stands (total approximate retail value $58.44 USD / £44.51 GBP / €52.06 EURO)

OR

• One (1) set of three (3) OCTOPATH TRAVELER: CHAMPIONS OF THE CONTINENT Tapestries (total approximate retail value $84.00 USD / £63.97 GBP / €74.82 EURO)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winners by or about August 11, 2023.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
