Look back on this year's journey with your friends with the FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH screenshot campaign to commemorate the #FF7RJourney24 and the announcement of the PC version!

Requirements

• Participants must follow the official FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE X account (@FFVIIR_CLOUD) or the official FINAL FANTASY VII X account (@finalfantasyvii) on X.
• Participants must submit their entries during the Participation Window in line with the Entry Method outlined below.
• Participants must have their X posts set to be publicly visible.
• All screenshots shared must comply with the FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Live Streaming and Video/Image Posting Guidelines.
• This campaign is operated by Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. (“SQUARE ENIX”).

Participation Window

16 December 2024 to 11:59 p.m. 5 January 2025 (JST)

Entry Method

1. Follow the official FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE X account (@FFVIIR_CLOUD) or the official FINAL FANTASY VII X account (@finalfantasyvii) on X.
2. Take a screenshot from FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH while playing on PS5 (or PS5 Pro) with the menu hidden and edit it any way you like using the in-game Photo Mode feature.
3. Post the screenshot taken using the above method to X, along with the hashtag #FF7RJourney24 and an explanation of why you like that scene.

Please note:

• The theme is "Your favourite scene from FF7 REBIRTH (excluding the final chapter)".
• Please do not post any screenshots that have been edited using means other than the in-game Photo Mode.
• Please only post screenshots captured using the create button in .jpg or .png format.
• Screenshots can be taken using any of the in-game graphics options: Graphics Mode, Performance Mode or Versatility Mode.
• Please be aware that images posted with the specified hashtag may be posted to a dedicated gallery site at a future date.
• Please do not post any images where the menu is not hidden.

Selection Criteria

SQUARE ENIX shall select a limited number of posts from among all entries to appear on a dedicated gallery website, the SQUARE ENIX official website and/ or SQUARE ENIX social media channels.

Precautions

• Participants must have an X account to be able to participate in this campaign.
• Minors must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before participating in this campaign (local age rating for the game also applies).
• All screenshots must have been taken by the person submitting them.
• There is no limit to the number of posts allowed. Each participant is allowed to post as many screenshots as they like, but only one screenshot per selected participant will be shared on the gallery website.
• Please be aware that when submissions are displayed on the gallery website, the name of the X account from which the image was submitted will be displayed publicly along with the image.
• Having posted using the specified hashtag, entrants will be deemed to have given their consent to having the screenshot appear on the gallery website, the SQUARE ENIX official website and SQUARE ENIX social media channels. Please note that no usage fees will be applicable for publishing the submitted screenshot.
• The X post and the name of the X account from which the screenshot was submitted may be posted to a gallery website, the SQUARE ENIX official website and/or SQUARE ENIX social media channels. The screenshot may also be adjusted in size or otherwise edited as necessary for publication.
• The content of submissions may be altered without prior warning.
• Submissions that fall into any of the below categories are strictly prohibited:
  • Graphic imagery (excessive mutilation, injury, blood etc.), sexual imagery, or anything that would cause discomfort to third parties
  • Anything that violates public morals or order
  • Anything containing legible personal information
  • Anything that infringes, or might infringe, the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Anything containing content that is defamatory, discriminatory or threatening to a particular person or group
• Please use X in accordance with X's terms and conditions.
• If SQUARE ENIX uses data submitted for this campaign on its official X account, website or similar platform, the submitted data will be reproduced in the same format as it appeared on X.
• SQUARE ENIX and its group companies, their employees and affiliated parties are not eligible for participation in this campaign.
• SQUARE ENIX will handle any personal information acquired during the operation of this campaign appropriately and in accordance with the SQUARE ENIX Privacy Notice.
• SQUARE ENIX will not accept individual direct correspondence relating to this campaign, either by X direct messaging, phone, email or other means of communication except queries submitted via the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre.
