OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarising the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories).
• Germany
• France (excluding Overseas France)

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 26 October 2023 at 5PM BST and 9 November 2023 at 5PM BST (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

• i. Visit the Promotion Gleam.io site at: https://starocean2r.square-enix-games.com/sweepstakes
• ii. The Gleam site lists several missions that you may complete to join the Promotion, along with the number of entries you will earn upon completion of each mission. Gleam will automatically track your completion and log entries accordingly.
• iii. Each mission can be completed and submitted for entries only once per participant.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select three (3) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor shall select winners through a random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): Winners shall receive the prizes as follows:

• One (1) winner shall receive one (1) OLED Nintendo Switch™ Console (approximate retail value of $350,00 USD / £349,99 GBP / €349,99 EUR) and one (1) STAR OCEAN THE SECOND STORY R – Collectors’ Edition with a digital code for the game on their platform of choice (approximate retail value of $199,00 USD / £209,99 GBP / €209,99 EUR).

• Two (2) winners shall receive one (1) STAR OCEAN THE SECOND STORY R – Collectors’ Edition with a digital code for the game on their platform of choice (approximate retail value of $199,00 USD / £209,99 GBP / €209,99 EUR)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about 17 November 2023 via email. Winners must respond to Sponsor’s notification within fourteen (14) days. If Sponsor does not receive confirmation from a winner within this time, Sponsor may at its discretion re-draw and select a new winner for the forfeited prize.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
