For those unfamiliar with the game, the original Valkyrie Profile game was released in 1999 (Japan) and 2000 (North America) for the original PlayStation. The Norse mythology inspired story centers around gods and mortals, the fates they weave, and a Valkyrie named Lenneth as the protagonist.
