OFFICIAL RULES (THE “PROMOTION”)

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between October 26, 2021 at 12:01 AM (Pacific Time) and November 25, 2021 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

Method One

• You must have pre-ordered and purchased Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy at a participating GameStop store, which would have caused you to receive a Business Card with a unique promotional code (the “Code”). Codes are limited and only available while supplies last.
• Have a Square Enix Members account (accounts are available for free at https://square-enix-games.com/user/redeem/gotg-game-gamestop-sweeps).
• During the Entry Period, access the following webpage, https://square-enix-games.com/user/redeem/gotg-game-gamestop-sweeps, log in to your Square Enix Members account, and insert your Code (“Entry Method 1”).

OR

Method Two

• During the Entry Period, handwrite your name, phone number, and email address using blue or black ink on a white 3-inch by 5-inch index card, place the index card into a sealed envelope, and mail the envelope to Sponsor at 999 N. Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo, CA 90245 (Attn: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Business Card Sweepstakes Entry) (“Entry Method 2”). Entries created, duplicated, or modified by any automated or mechanical system will be disqualified.

Additional Entry Limitations:

• You may only submit your Entry through one of the methods above; either Entry Method 1 or Entry Method 2.
• One (1) Entry per person.
• Duplicate Entries will be disqualified.
• Codes under Entry Method 1 are limited and only available while supplies last.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select nine (9) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):

• One (1) Hat (approximate retail value of $15.00 USD)

Five (5) Runner-Up Winners

• One (1) $100.00 USD GameStop Gift Card

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about December 6, 2021 via email.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
