KEY RULES
A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):
C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.
D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between the following dates:
Entry 1: June 9, 2020 at 06:00 AM PDT and June 16, 2020 at 11:59 PM PDT
Entry 2: June 16, 2020 at 06:00 AM PDT and June 23, 2020 at 11:59 PM PDT
Entry 3: June 23, 2020 at 06:00 AM PDT and June 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM PDT
Entry 4: June 30, 2020 at 06:00 AM PDT and July 7, 2020 at 11:59 PM PDT
(each an “Entry Period”).
E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the relevant Entry Period:
You must have or sign up for a Twitter account (accounts are available for free).
Follow @FinalFantasyVII on Twitter.
Create a combat video from FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE featuring any of the characters fighting in “Tactical Mode” (where time slows down) (the “Video”).
The Video must be taken within the following chapters of FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE:
i. Entry 1: Chapter 5, Dogged Pursuit
ii. Entry 2: Chapter 7, A Trap is Sprung
iii. Entry 3: Chapter 8, Budding Bodyguard
iv. Entry 4: Chapter 10, Rough Waters
The Video cannot exceed sixty (60) seconds.
Post your Video on Twitter including #Contest and #TacticalModeTuesday in your post (the “Entry”).
i. Your comment must include the hashtag #Contest.
ii. You must not include any additional personal information in your Entry.
iii. The Video must capture gameplay directly from the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE without edits or alterations of any kind. You should not create gameplay mashups, add effects, alter the music, crop the screen, or otherwise modify the gameplay footage in any way. Entries that modify the gameplay footage in any way will not qualify.
Additional Entry Limitations:
F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select one (1) winner per Entry Period from among all entries using the following methodology:
Sponsor shall select winners based on the (i) technical quality of the Entries, and (ii) creativity of the Entries.
G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive each of the following prize(s):
Prizes are estimated to be delivered by or about August 7, 2020.
Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a delay in prize delivery.
H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about July 14, 2020 via direct message via social media.
I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE LEGALLY ACQUIRED ACCESS TO FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE PRIOR TO THE LAUNCH OF THE PROMOTION.
