KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada (excluding Quebec).
• The United Kingdom (excluding the British Overseas Territories), Germany, and France (excluding Overseas France).

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between 19 October 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time and 26 October 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

1. Have or sign up for a Twitter account (accounts are available for free from Twitter.com).
2. Follow the official KHUX Twitter account (@kh_ux_na).
3. Have or sign up for a valid KHUX account (accounts are available for free).
4. Play KHUX and take one (1) screenshot (minor modifications permitted) of your KHUX character wearing their Halloween costume in the Kingdom Hearts world (the “Screenshot”).
5. Tweet your Screenshot along with the following information:
   a) The #KHUX hashtag
   b) The #HalloweenContest2020 hashtag
   c) An “@” mention to @kh_ux_na
   d) A comment (optional)

You may enter the Promotion a maximum of once per day during the Entry Period. You may not use more than one Twitter account or KHUX account to enter. Entrants cannot win more than one (1) prize. You must not post duplicate entries in violation of the Twitter Terms of Service or other Twitter rules/guidelines.

Players may not submit the same screenshot. If two or more players submit the same screenshot, only the first screenshot will be considered a valid entry.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select ten (10) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor shall select ten (10) winning entries based on overall creativity, originality, and adhesion to the “Halloween” theme of the Screenshot.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive the following prize:

• Five thousand (5,000) KHUX jewels (KHUX jewels are a virtual, in-game item with no real-world value)

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winners on or about 28 October 2020 via direct message on Twitter from the official KHUX Twitter account (@kh_ux_na) (winner must follow this account in order to win).

Winners must respond to Sponsor via Twitter with player ID info. If a winner does not respond and provide the requested information within 48 hours, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
